Community Housing Services Agency, Inc. (CHSA) and CHSA Development, Inc.’s combined website, which includes information on the non-profits’ Rental Property Improvement Loan, affordable properties for sale, Down Payment Assistance Program, and ability to donate to CHSA and the City’s Savannah Affordable Housing Fund (SAHF) (information on it is also included):  CHSA is a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) and administers the City’s SAHF; CHSA Development is a Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) and builds and sells numerous affordable housing units throughout the City.
